A couple of months ago, Guy Boston Sports announced the creation of the “Stove League,” a spiritual successor to a similar contest that was held by the Boston Globe in the 1930s.
The Stove League challenged readers to see who could come the closest to guessing the Opening Day lineup for the Boston Red Sox. Sounds easy enough, but it can actually be a little challenging getting it exactly correct.
